They come in pairs... except for the awkward friend
So, we are back from our latest trip, albeit reluctantly. We had a wonderful time. Epcot was in full bloom for their Flower festival so we got some great photos of the topiaries.
Our friends, Bill and Cindy, were about to celebrate their first wedding anniversary, so we tried to make the trip as special as possible, so they were graced with "Happy Anniversary" buttons that they wore proudly! We were also celebrating our anniversary, although a little early, so we got buttons too. And then there was Fubar (his real name is John), the awkward friend as the folks at the Hoop Dee Doo aptly named him. He eventually got his revenge by making them lose their lines, so it worked!
It ended up being an absolutely amazing week where we were laughing virtually the whole time. When you take Shane, Fubar and Bill, naturally, you will be laughing a lot. The parks were a lot of fun too! Lots of friendly staff wishing us all a happy anniversary! I think the best one was where Cindy and I were wished a happy anniversary and I put my arm around Cindy and said "Thanks! It is our first anniversary." The woman just turned and said, "Oh, well congrats."
Well, we enjoyed our trip so much, that we decided to buy yet another timeshare and bought the Disney Vacation Club. We decided we have really enjoyed our two stays in the DVC hotels so we wanted to share the experience with our family and friends!
